How do I know that my toilet handle will fit the cistern?

Almost all cisterns have a 1/2" hole size to fit the lever into. Generally, the only exception to this are cisterns made by Ideal Standard who have a 3/8" hole size. If you're unsure then take a look at our universal lever which is supplied with both 3/8" and 1/2" sized fittings to ensure you get your toilet flushing again. Be sure to pick the right lever below, or contact one of our plumbing experts if you need any further help.
